44mm Composite Range

The skins of the 44mm door slab are manufactured from GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic). They are compression moulded to give a high definition panel design, which offers an authentic timber appearance and the thermo-setting process means they are unaffected by variations in temperature.
The composite slab is of a water resistant composite material and are bonded to the skins. The insulating core consists of 100% CFC-free polyurethane, which provides superior thermal performance and enhances the doors soundproofing. The finished product is a door slab which is strong, stable, durable and is indiscernible from wood.

70mm Composite Twin Rebate

The Entrance Door collection has attained a new level of manufacturing excellence with high performance, high quality composite door range.

The five beautiful door designs in eight distinctive colours feature embossed GRP and thermo plastic skins that have the look and feel of a traditional timber door. The skins are bonded to a fully reinforced twin rebate 70mm thick PVCu door sash, which is 40% thicker than most other composite doors, ensuring weather performance of the highest quality.

Each door has a solid core of enviro-foam which gives an insulation U value of 0.3 (nine times that of a timber door) and is reinforced with galvanized steel ensuring long term strength and security.

28mm Panel Range

Our vast 28mm Panel range is available in white, and all the current woodgrain finishes (mahaogany, light oak and rosewood). They can have a woodgrained finish on the outside keeping a white and bright fresh look internally, helping to retain light on the inside of your property.

There’s plenty of choice of moulded designs from traditional to contemporary to enhance the look of your property and with hundreds of glass designs available it's easy to add your own unique and personal style to your door. Our panels can be retro-fitted to most existing UPVC doors giving them a new lease of life.
